This workshop focuses on identifying and sharing the most effective contract clauses that consistently deliver value. Participants will explore real-world examples of clauses that strengthen agreements, enhance supplier relationships, and mitigate risks. Together, we’ll gather practical insights to inform and improve future contracts across the organization.
I’ve spent over 10 years navigating various roles in IT, including SAM Manager, Head of IT, CEO, and now Head of Procurement. I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and an Executive MBA. My experience spans multiple sectors, including banking, telecommunications, telematics, and retail. Procurement and negotiations are my true passions, where I focus on practical solutions over theory. I believe the best learning comes from real-life experiences, especially from mistakes. My journey is about hands-on leadership, continual learning, and driving results through strategic decision-making.
