This session provides an open, practical reflection on the first year of a SAP RISE implementation, highlighting key surprises, overlooked details, and lessons learned. Attendees will gain actionable insights into project delivery, vendor relations, and how to navigate challenges when theory meets practice. In this session we will explore:
I’ve spent over 10 years navigating various roles in IT, including SAM Manager, Head of IT, CEO, and now Head of Procurement. I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and an Executive MBA. My experience spans multiple sectors, including banking, telecommunications, telematics, and retail. Procurement and negotiations are my true passions, where I focus on practical solutions over theory. I believe the best learning comes from real-life experiences, especially from mistakes. My journey is about hands-on leadership, continual learning, and driving results through strategic decision-making.
