Sisse is Director and Head of Software License Management at Lundbeck, a global pharmaceutical company, where she leads a dedicated team managing the organization’s global software licensing portfolio. Over the past decade, she has built Lundbeck’s Software Asset Management function from the ground up, establishing the processes, governance, and strategic foundations that support the company’s current approach to software licensing and compliance. With a deep specialization in Software Asset Management, Sisse combines technical insight with a strong business mindset. She has led the development and implementation of SAM frameworks, strengthened audit readiness, and fostered collaboration across legal, procurement, and IT. Prior to joining Lundbeck, she worked in IT procurement at DONG Energy. Earlier in her career, she was License Manager at the City of Copenhagen, where she contributed to the early development of license management practices and advised on software compliance and procurement strategy. She is passionate about creating value through structure, transparency, and strong processes — and believes that successful software asset management is as much about people and partnerships as it is about tools and policies.
