Mihaela Tapu is Program Manager at Nordea. In her role, she is responsible for developing and optimizing the Supplier Management function within Nordea, leading and driving strategic activities within Technology Supplier Management, defining, maintaining and controlling supplier management framework, standards and processes, as well as ensuring alignment with Group Procurement Functions and other relevant stakeholder. She has more than 15 years of combined experience in contract management, stakeholder relationship management and strategy development and a background in the fields of streamlining operational procedures, consulting, category management and cross-functional collaboration.
