My projects benefit from 20 years of experience in IT Purchasing and SAM, as I keep a cool head even in difficult situations and create workable solutions. My focus: Extensive licensing knowledge of the major software vendors: Microsoft, SAP, VMware, Oracle and IBM; support and execution of contract negotiations and consulting; infrastructure and IT strategy with a focus on cloud, virtualization, outsourcing; implementation and management of SAM tools; audit negotiations; M&A transactions.
