Louise Noer serves as Senior Director and Global Head of Indirect Procurement at Novonesis, leading strategic sourcing and procurement transformation for the global biosolutions company resulting from the merger of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen. She has over 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, having held leadership roles at Novozymes, Coloplast, and Implement Consulting Group, driving global projects and strategic transformations.
