Jesper Hornstrup Dahl is Manager Contract Management and Consultancy Services at Ørsted, where he has been working in different positions in IT contract management since 2014. He is an experienced Sourcing, Contract and Vendor Management professional with particular expertise within Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing of IT Services, Contract Drafting, Negotiation and Public Procurement Law. Before starting at Ørsted, previously DONG Energy, he worked at the Ministry of Justice, Department of Prisons and Probation IT, the University of Copenhagen, and Symbion.
