Jedrzej is heading up Digital Technology (IT/OT/Security) procurement at Novonesis, formed through the merger of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes, where he is part of the extended IT leadership team and focuses on sourcing strategies for software, OT, and cybersecurity. He brings extensive experience from previous roles at Lantmännen Unibake, Carlsberg Group, and other international organizations, where he led major procurement transformations and supported digitalization initiatives across complex, multi-site environments.
