Ilkka has been working as Senior Principal Specialist – Strategic / IT Development at the City of Helsinki for over 8 years. Along with main responsibilities, he has cooperated as a Strategic Advisor at Force Agile Norge AS. Prior to City of Helsinki he had a long career in technology and telco clusters within Nokia and Telia. He has also worked as Head of Measurement at Suomen Terveystalo Oy establishing surgical operations measurability.
