As the Strategic Purchasing Manager at A1, I am responsible for overseeing the procurement of IT, software, hardware, and cloud solutions across seven countries in Europe. My role involves developing and implementing strategic purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiencies and optimal supplier relationships. I am negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, and driving AI innovation in procurement processes.
