This session presents the journey of advancing SAM maturity in a complex, multi-sector company. Next to reorganizing responsibilities and scaling teams, the roadmap includes maturing policies, redesigning processes, and implementing solutions that enable wider integration. It will explore how enhancing request management, expanding service catalogues and service layers, and refining dashboards can turn SAM into a driver of cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making at all levels. Attendees will gain practical insights into achieving wins from new capabilities, managing organisational complexity, and embedding SAM as a business-critical function.
