The two founders of ProLicense (lawyer Sören Reimers and business graduate Christian Grave) have each worked for more than eight years in various positions at Oracle and have acquired in-depth Oracle license knowledge. All ProLicense consultants are, without exception, former Oracle employees and bring more than 80 years of cumulative experience to ProLicense's expertise. As a completely independent consulting company, ProLicense receives no remuneration from Oracle and receives no other kickbacks. The largely performance-based remuneration of ProLicense GmbH is paid exclusively by the client. This avoids conflicts of interest and guarantees the objectivity of the consultancy.
